Default Problem with idle

i installed a set of stage 3 cams in my 96 ls integra i have tried everything to get the car to idle right but it wont under 2000 rpm i have sent the ecu off to be chipped but they said that it will more than likely not fix the problem the tps sensor is operating properly and i am running out of ideas I dont think its the cam timing bc the car makes power up high any ideas will be helpful thanx

Do you have adjustable cam gears? You will need those to get the right timing for those cams. The stage 3, I take it, have a very large lift, this will cause shitty idles. That's why Honda created VTEC (yay for VTEC), do some reading on the motors and what not.
