need help wont go above 3500
our hondas use fuel to cool the intank fpump, so if youre always damn near empty, that shit will fail in summers, also, theres a fuckin ground wire that commonly causes this...I JUST CANT REMEMBER WHICH FUCKING ONE. EXACT SAME THING happened to me last summer.
first off, you say you have an LS but are using a chipped b16 ecu? you need a 90-91 pr4 ecu from an integra, this sounds like a wiring issue, where are you locateD?
If that ECU is still setup for a B16, you're probably getting knock sensor faults, and VTEC faults (unless the program was specifically made for that engine and has that stuff disabled). Try the correct ECU for that engine, and then see where you are. You're trying to work on too many variables at once right now; get as simple of a setup as you can, and if that works fine then start adding variables back in until you find which one is causing it. Then you can fix it. You're taking a shotgun approach right now it sounds..
You can't really do that with an OBD0 or OBD1 ECU. THere is a little clear window on the top cover of the ECU case, and the codes will flash the LED that you can see through there. If you're getting a CEL, you have a good starting point to figure out what's wrong. Chances are good it's a wiring issue with the ECU though, there are some differences from model to model if I remember correctly, so there is a chance you don't have the right pinout for that ECU. Someone with more OBD0 knowledge should verify that; I'm just going out of my shaky memory.
