Sounds to me like something is grounding out somewhere, thus blowing the fuses. Make sure that everything is either wire nutted or electrical taped up properly and isn't touching any metal.

sounds like a ground in the stereo. Did you pull out the stereo and check those wires?

Something is either grounding or not grounded out properly or you might even have some wires crossed somewhere.

Same thing happened to me when I wired up my stereo. I accidentally, while using a stereo wiring harness, wired it up to the wrong wire. It was supposed to be orange/orange, but I put the wire to orange/white. The minute I turned my lights on, I blew everything in the cluster and fried a trace. I ended up having to get a new cluster because of that because it couldn't be jumped.

if you have a aftermarket alarm that will happen to if not hook up correctly cause the alarm is ran through your lights and cluster as well . try unhooking the brain for the alarm and try it and see if you still blow fuses seen this happen plenty of times on bad installs..

could be a bad relay as well check those ?
