Default Keep blowing fuses??

Hey I have a 99 civic with about 72000 miles on it and i keep blowing Instrument light fuses i cant figure out what is going on with it. As soon as i turn the ignition the fuse blows. I replaced it about 3 weeks ago when it first started and it was fine all up until last night and i couldnt get anything to light up. Do you think that it is like a bad ground or something? I am really clueless on what it is any info would be great. Thanks

very simple fix... if you have an aftermarket radio. check behind the radio because the illumination wire that hooks up to the back of the radio proably is grounding itself out. pull all the wires out and butt-connect them together securely and tape them. or if you wanna be sure it doesnt happen again heat shrink and solder them. but the reason it proably lasted for a while was because you hit a bump and the wire got grounded out again and now its sitting on a piece of metal.

Or you have the wrong illum wire hooked up, some radios have 2 different ones to be compatible with all cars.
