i just use washer fluid, its like %50 methonal. i installed water/methonal injection on my car, identical to the "boost cooler" system and was very impressed, i could advance my timing about 8 degrees from its retarded below stock setting, lean out my hi throttle settings on my afc, and i saw a huge power gain. people say you shouldnt use washer fluid because of the soap additive deposits in the intake but i have been using it for a while and i havent seen and bad effects from it. the car runs better in general since i started using it, i guess because of the carbon cleaning propertys of steam. i have an injection setup just like mine that is missing a part, but as soon as i get that part it will be for sale on drag

you've obviously confused external intercooling for internal intercooling.

Another thing i dont get... is how the hell do you spray water mist into a air intake... i thought if water got in the motor it would "hydro-lock" so new question... how is that possible with out f'in up ur motor?

How is this possible without messing up the motor? Easy, your not injecting enough to hydrolock it. Why doesnt the fuel you inject hydrolock the motor? There isnt enough.

the idea behind water injection is atomized water droplets, not a freakin water fountain. water hydrolocks and engine 'cause you can't compress water.
