And nice try Geek, I think drag is a little too much into the "high dollar spearco" and name brand shit to consider anything other than crap with words on it.

But if you can get a product colder even it has less specific heat it can still come out on top with heat transfer being better. I'm done.

whatchootalkinboutwillis?!?!? what/where did i say anything about spearco?!?!? i know where you're coming from, i think. as a matter of fact, i helped design grace_under_psi's water injection setup. what this has to do with an IC sprayer, i'll never know. if you dilute 91% alcohol with water like a 50/50 mix in say a gallon total, it becomes something like 70% isopropyl...aka rubbing alcohol.

Is he the guy with a 84 gt turbo?? I remember someone on turboford told me to look out for you.. not in a bad way, kinda like talk to him if I ever see you around cause you like the turbofords... I was just wondering how his car was coming along.. I remmeber he was shooting for 14 flats or around there last itme I heard...
Litlespic,
My GT Turbo is coming along just fine. I'm going for mid 13's with no intercooler, "aquahol" only. Geek and i have a fine understanding of all things alcohol. It works, i used up to 19 psi from my old stock T3 with no knocking. Good luck with your engine!

you start with upgrading your fuel lines and any related seals, and maybe your fuel pump. yes, you can put isopropyl in a fuel infected car...we used to have to do it in extremely cold climates to fight-of gas freeze when nothing else was available. it raises combustion temps as alcohol burns very hot. back to methanol conversion, you almost HAVE to go to stainless steel valves and do some proactive measures to control ignition and cooling in order to parlay the effect netted from methanol. you also have to deal with the fact that upper cylinder lubricant will play a major role in longevity of the engine.

I wish everyone had good luck with lima's.. I cant seem to get more than a month of solid work out of mine. Its good to hear yours is running.. is everything together and how you wanted it for a 13 or still have more to do?
I ran a 98mph trap with 22psi, bobs header, bobs intakes, and exhuast... the car hauled balls.. I couldnt launch the one wheel bandit at the track though...
