sounds like rotors...but it also mite b a wheel bearing....i had a lincolin that did that every time i hit the brakes the car would shake and the steering wheel would to....i fixed both the rotors and wheel bearings and it went away.

 

Fixing two things at once doesn't help at all.

step one: raise your car back up

step two: get new rotors

step 3: get an alignment and dirve your car like a normal car and it will last a long time because you won't be encouraged to drive like a dumb shit knowing you have a stock car.

 

I had the same problem.

I was missing two lugnuts...and another was loose...

warped rotors, dealt with this more than once. check your fluid and pads too.

 

check all suspension components in the front. jack the vehicle up and grab the tire from both sides then shake and see if there is any independent movement anywhere. do the same thing with the top and bottom of the wheel. Also alot more stress is added to the wheelbearings on a lowered car, so i'd check that out. Lastly mabey a stuck caliper? Idk just my 2 cents.
