Wrong thread should be in tech talk....
If they are in the rear then you can hammer them out.. If they are in the front then you have to press the wheel bearing out and replace the stud then press the bearing back in...

i had to replace a stud on my 95 teg. goodyear broke one off and tryed to blame it on me. they wanted to charge me over $600 for one $1.50 stud. basicly they have to use a 20 ton press to get the hub out then replace a bunch of shit because of broken seals and shit. eventually they gave in and did it for free.
