With truck tags AND 8800GVW, the lowest point on your rear bumper can be 31 inches off the ground (have had quite a few experiences with this) if you are over 31 inches (which i think you are b/c my superduty with a 6 inch lift and 36's comes in between 30.5-30.75 inches from the ground). If you are over the limit then don't even bother trying to fight it, just pay the damn thing. It used to be a $30 ticket plus court fees, etc...how much is yours?

i've seen crazier shit . . . . but i was just fucking with ya anyways . . .

and last i heard it was a 50 dollar fine . . but that might of been with court cost or before . .idk . .i never got one yet . . . .

if i drove my truck on the street they would have a field day .. . .
bumper height
full hydro steering
pinion brakes
non dot tires
marker lights
running to slow lol
open headers (could slide the mufflers back on cuz i don't have to have cats)
hood scoop to high

about the only thing they couldn't hit me on would be tags and insurance . . but for some reason i still have both on my truck lol . . . (mainly so i can keep the city off my back)
oh and all the lights and turn signal and brake lights still work oh and radio

Funny, but I thought the Virginia Beach city motto was:

i used to have a tacoma with 14in of lift and ended up having to get rid of it for half kbb value cause i couldnt go anywhere without getting a ticket..and they were $80 each with no court cost cause i payed them up through the mail.after about 6tickets for height and a few for width no e-brake and exhaust my insurence co. dropped me...va just aint the place to have a big truck, there are alot of cops who are cool and dont care out in the country and stuff and even a few in the city but as far as laws go and stuff va sucks for it
