and you mean obviously i didn't know i was doing MORE then 85 when i got clocked at 102.
Im sorry i don't have a secondary speedo in my head to tell me im going 102.
And according to ohios laws i was just speeding so

i never made any excuses and yea the speedo goes to 85 i knew i was going that fast but not 102 , my foot was barely on the gas so yea it CREEPED to 102 you stupid fucks. I am going to plea guilty all i asked is if I HAVE THE OPTION OF CHOOSING WHERE I GO TO COURT and its a 92 crown vic. Why the fuck does everybody got to be a dick on here , did i ask to be critized in my post? I didnt fucking think so, and i could give 2 fucks about spelling correctly on a fucking forum. All i asked was if i have the option of going to court in ohio where it would just be a fine and if i do have to go to va can they still charge me with reckless. If you don't have the answer to those 2 questions then just keep your fucking 2 cents to your self.

actually i asked if i can be charged with virginia laws if they make me go to virginia courts and if i have the option to choose whether i go to court in VA or ohio. I don't see anything saying "i want everybodys opinion on how much of a dumbass i am" so i kind of didn't with this thread. Its not my fault theres fucking nerds on here that like to talk shit over the internet because they probaly were bullied there whole life and it makes them feel better about them selves and makes them feel safe because there talking shit over the internet. Im not 100% sure but i bet 75% of the people on drag that actually have cars have gone over 100 mph , only difference is i got caught.

I've gotten stopped for 145 in a 45, and 120 in a 55.
I did everything I could to fight them and put on a good show for the court. I ended up with an attempted vehicular homicide for the first one and a reckless for the second. The second one did get dropped to 75mph for the fine though. (I think it was 75, might have been 80)

80 and up is reckless.
when I went to court....everyone BUT me got theirs dropped to 79. But...I also had a few other charges.

Well I was charged with reckless, so I would guess it was 80. That sounds more right anyway now that I think about it. I know they dropped it from 120 because at a certain point there is mandatory jail time. I guess they felt I did enough to keep me out of jail, but not enough to lower it from reckless.

Yeah, I think they changed it a few years ago, anything over 15mph above speed limit can be reckless if I'm not mistaken, and that makes 80 the mark in a 65. I have been ticketed at over 15mph twice I think, but I was polite with the officer so he marked it down to 14 and gave me speeding.
