Basically i got a 102 in a 65 on 77 north in ohio. I am a juvenile so the trooper told me the virginia courts decide whether i go to court in ohio or virginia. I know in va over 20 is wreckless, here its just a speeding ticket . My question is do i have any say in where i go to court for it and if i have to go to court in va can they charge me with wreckless even though i got the ticket in a completely different state? I know i shouldnt have been goin that fast in the first place but my cars speedo only goes to 85 and its not like i had the pedal to the floor. It was on christmas and hardly any traffic and i guess i slowly creeped to 102. Any help is appreciated thanks in advance.

102 in a 65???? Thats a piece of cake. I did 128 in a 55 going up the hi-rise brigde. What really sucks is that you are a juvy, there gonna throw the book at ya and make an example out of you. When I went to court back in 2003 for my reckless they gave me 6 months resticted license to and from work, the judge took my license, I had to do community service for 10 weekends and of course the nice hefty fines I had to pay. You might as well man up on this one. Good Luck
