seriously dude, plead guilty cause theres no way out of that ticket buddy, either way id be surprised if u even have a license anymore. at least they got rid of the abusive driver fees. or ud be paying a shit load.

A stated before, just suck it up, forget all of the excuses and just plea guilty. Not to say that they will take it any easyier on you but it will look grown-up on your half.
I got caught doing 120 in a 55 with 3 other cars doing 115 behind me,264 in VA Beach. This was back in 2002 and i just went to court with some extra white T's and white boxers on. I pled guilty and as the judge was about to give me my sentence the cop politely stoped the judge, and told her how the other drivers were there with high priced lawers and parents crying thier eyes out trying to plea not guilty. He wanted to comend me on owning up 2 my mistake and requested that the judge give my the lightest punishment possible. I ended up getting a 250 dollar fine and 90 days in jail
with 80 susspended and 30 days susspended licence. And after talking to the other drivers, it was the lightest of the sentences.
Well anyways bact to the subject at hand. Get a lawyer if you can afford it and think it will help and just man up to what u did.

i never made any excuses and yea the speedo goes to 85 i knew i was going that fast but not 102 , my foot was barely on the gas so yea it CREEPED to 102 you stupid fucks. I am going to plea guilty all i asked is if I HAVE THE OPTION OF CHOOSING WHERE I GO TO COURT and its a 92 crown vic. Why the fuck does everybody got to be a dick on here , did i ask to be critized in my post? I didnt fucking think so, and i could give 2 fucks about spelling correctly on a fucking forum. All i asked was if i have the option of going to court in ohio where it would just be a fine and if i do have to go to va can they still charge me with reckless. If you don't have the answer to those 2 questions then just keep your fucking 2 cents to your self.
