hay i dont know how the lay there goes but i got caught doing 145 in a 70 i got locked up until i got bail and whent to court i got a prayer for judgment got out of it with just paying the fine and got all of my bail money back excet for $75 if that helps any good luck

Both OH and VA are part of the Driver's License Compact which means that they can report violations to each other. If the OP is convicted in OH, that conviction may (I didn't say will) show up on his VA driving record. It's hit or miss on what convictions are transferred. I have heard of simple speeding transferring and a DUI that didn't.
I had a dui in Va. and it didn't show up in ohio for some reason.

3. try and remember if you were a dick to the cop
4. hope that you weren't a dick to the cop
5. wait til for the judge to make a crucial example of you in front of everyone in the room
that should be your checklist for you. hope it works out. and lol at you OP
crept up to 102 stfu with that. that had to be like a 9 mile stretch of road and you not paying attention at all to anything. 102 isnt like going 20 you can feel it lol

You're only saving grace is that it's in another state and might not effect your VA license by a dumb chance. Although you will have to find a lawyer in Ohio and possibly even be jailed in Ohio for a short time.
