LOL. As a recent transplant, I have to say that this is kind of true. They're this weird form of almost-Southerners - none of the good ol' boy aspects of people from the Carolinas and none of the money/eduction of people from Maryland.

 

Have you thought about where the people that you are talking about are from? Most of them are transplants themselves. I used to be happy here, but the transplants have ruined everything and are making me seriously consider moving to SC.
