haha wow man fuck it obviously most of you dont have shit better to do then run your fucking mouths. I SAID 2 FUCKING TIMES I KNEW I WAS GOING 85 AND I SAID I WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO MY SURROUNDINGS im not fucking making excuses and im not gonna fucking tell the judge i was arguing or creeped. I should have just fucking asked can they charge me with virginia laws instead of giving all the fucking details. AND I DONT GIVE A FUCK HOW I SOUND OR SPELL ON A MOTHER FUCKING FORUM WHO THE FUCK IS GRADING ME ON IT. Must be alot of fucking illiterate people in virginia if you cant keep your fucking criticism to your self. Thanks to all who helped the rest of you can kiss my fucking ass

1. Get a very good lawyer it will be worth it trust me.
2. Do as much community service before your court date that will look very good.
3. Take a driving class before court and bring that paper to show the judge.
4. Make sure you get someone to write you up a speedo calibration. If you got the hook up
5. Do not plea guilty no matter what because you want to make it seem like you weren't doing 102. You will probably take a plea bargain most likely it will be at a lower speed.
6. Do not listen to half these people on this website they are a joke...

Hate to say it cody but when your brother told me about this I knew you were fucked. Get a lawyer in Ohio, get some brand new dress clothes, take a drivers improvement class before hand, get your speedo calibrated. If you can get it dow to 85 that is only 20 over. I even have a hard time believing your story though sorry but I told you not to drive fast.

i mean believe it or not zach i wasn't paying attention to shit except the arguement i was in , thats not an excuse and it was retarted on my behalf for not paying attention but there were almost no cars at all so i wasnt worried about my speed.

Thanks fox , but the court date was set to be 2 weeks after the day i got the ticket. I doubt ill have time to do community service but i can do a drivers class.
