Aren't there differences between the results of an AWD and a 2WD dyno? That's just my .02.
Problems such as this should of been worked out prior to the business opening. If they are advertising a 2wd / awd dyno then both should be working properly, if not at least inform customers that the unit isnt working properly or they are not sure exactly how to operate it yet.

Yea, that's true. Either way, give these guys some time to blossom. They did a pretty decent job on my hellspawn of a clutch. And they're pretty much the only support that I have for Evos. So they get a from me.

I've heard that before too but I've never completely believed it. If it takes 50 ft-lbs to get the tires spinning on a car why would it matter whether the car has 200 ft-lbs of torque or 1000?

If they don't even know what gear to dyno a car in, I would be very scared of taking a car there to get worked or dyno-tuned.
thanks for proving how little you know about drivetrain loss and especially the difference in loss between dynos.

You guys are the ones having cars put down 100 less whp than it should, not me. And your dynoing it in 3rd. I feel I'm not the idiot in this respect.

youre right (as i recall) what i mean by proportional is the honda fit from team top end rally stopped at dyno inc- put down 92whp on ours on a dynojet ill put money that he'll put down 110-120whp. compared to the AMS 1041whp dynojet evo is about 880-910ish on a mustang. i didnt calculate they are rough estimates...i just have a good amount of experience with the Mustang brand Dyno.

the greater amount of cars will pull the best in third...4th will just wind out the dyno and possibly see less peak HP. Also its the in house default unless you ask for a 4th gear pull. That car at 350 would kick your ass if your numbers are from anything but a mustang too so keep that in mind im not saying youre an idiot, im saying you dont know enough to pass judgement like that.

for the GTO, your numbers reflect very well your quarter mile times provided those are current. You car is strong, but heavy...so low 13's is indicative of your numbers on the Mustang.
I did three runs, 105, 105, 105.

Car runs perfectly, no leaks, plenty of mods other than stock boost. I know the highflow muffler attached to the three inch apex piping sucks, but not enough to kill 120hp off. the car shoulda put at most 210-220.
