go to google or honda-tech...type in LS VTEC. there is no H , it is not a telephone. you will get thousands of results, do some research. there are tons of write ups on ls vtec's that explain everything , what things are and why they are done.

Use a 93 ls headgasket, but you still need to open up the holes for the new dowels just a little. While the head is off, you might as well install head studs, their cheap anyway.
