It's really not that hard to bondo. It just takes some time And patience. All you really do is prep it for bondo, apply the bondo, smoothen it out, once its dry, sand and paint it.
Like he said it's really not that hard. Might take a few coats to get it right, just take your time. Since your doing the wing though, you should probably use fiberglass. It's a little more involved process but worth the results.
If you're going to put a massive chunk of heavy plastic in your wing, make sure it's fiber reinforced bondo. Regular bondo is very weak and prone to cracking, no body fillers are really meant to be applied that thick.
What is the wing made of by the way, urethane or fiberglass? If it's fiberglass, you're fine, but if it's urethane you'll have all kinds of problems because the urethane is a lot more flexible than the bondo. The paint will crack along the edges, etc.

Sand the paint off where you're going to apply the body filler, you'll get better adhesion to the fiberglass. Also rough up the fiberglass fairly well.
Degrease well also.
