Case of Beer, SawzAll, and Bondo
This is what happens in Powhatan when you combine those three items...
and if you combine a torch, tube bender, and welder with the same case of beer you get this nifty roll bar.

I was pulling into my shop in powhatan and in the parking lot of a hair salon was this beast. so I went in the shop and got my camera.

My guess is he was at the hair salon getting his mullet trimmed.
