what manufacturer turbo are you running? is there a possability that there is an issue with the shaft of the turbo? have you removed the down pipe and checked to see if the compressor wheel and exhaust wheel turn at the same rate?

 

did your gauge come unhooked?

 

im running a precision SC61, i can see the compressor wheel and its spinning fine

 

no my gauge did not come un hooked, the vaccum side of the gauge still works fine but just wont hit boost at all

 

Possably there is a blockage in the exhaust possably not letting enough air to pass trough, thus creating exessive backpressure. Disconect the downpipe from the exhaust and then try. It is a long shot but worth a try. Disregard my previous statement, only made incase there was a knock off manufactrer turbo on the car.
