do it yourself, go to some sites that give you a good idea of how to do it. You can get a dremel and some metal shaving bits and discs and just take out the burrs that's a big part of it. also get a exhaust and intake gasket and port match it. Anyone can do that.

Ive always been told to get someone else to do it if you do not know EXACTLY what you are doing...so donty just go ripping shit up.....take it somewhere and you will be much safer

Not entirely true. You can open up the passages, and flow bench it, and actually LOSE flow. You cant expect to just open the ports and make power. Manufacturers put bends and bumps in their ports for a reason. You have to know what your doing to do it right.
