DSM problem-need advice asap
I actually have/had a 95 gsx ecu sitting around here somewhere. Let me look around and if i can find it, you can have it since i have been out of the dsm game for awhile and pretty much staying out. I will let you know, but dont hold me to it because like i said it has been awhile, i will look tomorrow
definitely. we already scrapped the old 02 sensor and now we're using a back-up sensor he had sitting in his shed

If i find it, you can keep the money. I got it for free and i couldn't justify charging someone for it. Also it is a DSM so keep the money because you never know when you may need it
not until after i get off of work today. i've never had a "fried" ecu before, how would i determine if it is? a smokey smell? burnt circuitry?

UPDATE: so after a week of the car sitting in my friend's driveway, i got a hold of a 2g turbo ecu and plugged it up. turned the key, car wouldn't start. so at this point, i'm ready to burn the car. I put the orginial ECU back in, turn the key.....and it starts right up. go figure. idles fine and hits boost faster and stronger, my only gripe is that my 02 sensor might be bad because my a/f gauge says that i'm running extremely rich. minor fix though, i'm just happy the car is running again. thanks to everyone for their help concerning the matter.
