Car died and won't restart
your blower motor is probably bad.un plug the connector that plugs into the motor underneath the dash and use a voltmeter to see if you're getting power to the motor.if not, keep tracing back till you find your issue, if it is, buy a new motor. you could have a stuck caliper even if you bled the brakes. take your wheels off and check each caliper and see which, if any are dragging. i mean a bolt came off of one of my caliper mounting brackets by itself and caused the caliper to seize up so its worth taking a look at. as far as the car dieing at lights when coming to a stop ive heard of this in turbo cars when the BOV is not recirculated but not sure on NA. check all of the vacuum lines you can see in the engine bay and make sure its all good, especially around the intake manifold.
it sounds like the blower motor. ive had to change a few of those. Is your hand brake/ emergency brake slack when you first pull up on it? if it dosnt have at least a little play the cable could be too tight. that could be a cause of the sticking back brakes. hope you get the problem solved

Thank you all for your help.
nissans have a nice little problem with rear calipers and brake cables going bad (i'm guessing thats a 240sx, i don't remeber if they have that setup or not where you must turn the rear caliper in with a tool to compress the piston if that is the setup that car has one of those two are your culprits)
For your fuse's being blown, it was those wires that were bare showing shorted to eachother.
check to see if that car has a blower amplifier its a 4-5 pin connector that plugs in by the 3 bolts for the blower motor, it takes two screws to take it out, check resistance over pins 3-5 (i think it is) those go a lot on older nissans.
Also check all your relays make sure they are working because the blower problem is probably linked to the fact all those wires were bare and shorted something to ground/power and poped a fuseable link or burnt a relay just hopefully not melted some wires.

i took my wheels off and turned the calipers in with the lil turning tool. as you all know there are like four grooves/notches in the caliper drum that line up with one on the inner brake pad. they were not lined up and it seems like it has allowed the rotor to spin better but i still hear it rubbing.
i took out my climate control box and thought i would see what you were talking about but i guess there pins are further back in the dash near the firewall
i took this pic of the back of it

the wires that were connected to this didn't seem burnt or anything
oh yea....as far as i could see the emergency brake cable wasn't tangled anywhere
