can you boost a car w/ ITB's???
once the plenum box is built to spec it's just a matter of tuning. and more tuning. like fabrik8 said most plenum box designs are ill suited for for itb's AND boost. imho money would be much better spent on a custom manifold for a turbo setup than itb's. but i guess if you get that bored, and have run out of other things to do... why not?
I just said the plenum box has to be designed specifically for ITBs, if you want to take full advantage of what they can get you. Making a plenum is easy, making an optimal plenum takes a little more thought.
Boost is easy, the plenum just has to seal and not deform too much.

Bringing this post back from the dead, here is a pic of what I'm talking about. This is from a Radical SR3 Tracksport with a turbo 'Busa engine in it. As far as I can tell it also has a direct top feed injector setup too, which is pretty sick. Injectors mist right down the top of the velocity stacks. I'm jealous.
Ive seen a 4g63t powered Eclipse with ITBs, that sucker revved to the moon and back before my car would rev to 3k haha! like the other 3 pages of posts say, its 100% feasable, but more then likely not worth the extra cost of a custom plenom and the pita of a dailey driven tune.
Heres a video of a SC400 supercharged with ITB's.

Those velocity stacks are way too close to the plenum wall and too close to each other, they might as well not be there at all. Should have gone with a smaller radius profile or a wider plenum floor.
