If you have any old scport compact car issues, a few years ago they did a writeup on the cosworth champ car engine. I suppose if you tried to mimic the rough setup of that, you could get away with it.
basicly it was a huge intake plenum feeding the TBs. They did some real sick shit like fine boost control with an extra TB at the plenum inlet, which I suppose would be unnecesssary/impossible with out the help of a computer engineer to write the code to control it, but just about everything else they did is probibly possible if you can weld/know a welder.

I think to get it right, you would have to do some calculations. I suppose the volume of your plenum is going to be important in addition to the lenght of the velocity stacks. I'm just guessing though. I have an extremely limited knowledge of fluid dynamics.
Obiviously it's possible, it might require knowledge beyond any of ours though.

ok what you can do is put on what they call a hat. they make them for v8s so you can turbo charge a carberator car. they proly dont make one for that setup but im sure a machine shop will do it for less then a 100 bucks. well the one by me will he dont even charge to do a valve job if you bring him the newones.
