help, failed emissions
are you fuckin serious??? the srt motor is way better than that crap 2zz. can handle much more stock. please show me a 2zz runnin 15psi all stock longblock and is holding up.
I'm all for decent compression motors running boost, but a 11.5:1 motor running 15 psi daily? Yikes, I'm not seeing it. I believe the exige is running about 7 lbs..so your saying simply double that and its gonna run all day?
when you are close to the emission shop swap the ecu with the stock obd2 do theemission and done .. swap the ecu back. I had obd2 boosted integra running a obd1 hondata chipped ecu. I just swapped the ecu with my stock one and finito . Just do it already ...
can't just switch ecu's
wish it was that easy
sirii's don't have a crankshaft sensor so the ecu is gonna throw those damn cel's at me. what i would have to do is buy an obd2 oil pump hook up all sensors and hope to god a cel doesnt come on.
trying to find a different county at the moment though... cheapest way out

no its not. The srt is just a bigger engine with lower compression, in terms of innovation, technology and craftsmenship the 2zz is better in every way. they do make lower comp pistons for the 2zz you know.
You said if you boosted it it would be better than a srt4. on stock internals you're wrong. that motor is a POS boosted w/o any internal work done.
then again the only celica even worth owning is an all-trac. the rest are bitch mobiles.

celica is just as much of a bitch mobile as any honda is, frankly I know more women that drive s2000's then men
