My Aunt and Uncle own 30+acres of land in which most of it is on the Shenandoah River. Not that a bunch of people would want to go camping in a place they never been before. But when a bunch of my friends all go down there its a blast.

Go tubing for a couple of hours with coolers strapped behind you

Great fishing, you can walk out in the river and fish both sides.

Not to mention my new house is across the road from them so when I want I can come from their house and go jump in my pool.

There is so much to do around here if you like the outdoors. The Shenandoah Outfitters is about 30mins from me and they have guided rafting trips down the river.

Also we are a little over 2hrs away from West Virginia and I have been down the New River which is awesome white water rafting.

Lake Anna would be a good place to meet up however I have some work to do to my boat before it would be ready for water again.

Its been awhile since I have gone there, I can't remember if you can rent boats there?

Burke Lake looks like a nice lake from their website.

Ive been to the Shenandoah OF's. We were there during a rain storm and they said Comptons rapid was reaching the Class III level. We kept picking up our single man kayaks and following the train through the woods to keep running the rapid.
Im around your area alot.

Gambler baits have been out for a while.. Its just not very well known because most places don't carry it. Dicks Sporting Goods has them.
