The truck would've left Wendy's if it is represented by white lines in that diagram. The Burger King is roughly underneath the letter "a" in the word "Impact" on there.
The diagram is concurrent with the most recent news reports, specifically

"Investigators say James Turner, III, 35, died when his car crossed the median and collided with a truck. Both vehicles burst into flames."
and
"Police say the red sports car was heading west on Broad Street. The truck was going east. Richmond Police spokesman Karla Peters says, 'The red car it appears traveled into the east bound lane, making full impact with the white truck, making both vehicles become involved with a fire.' "
