Bad wreck on Broad St this morning
yeah it looks liek the truck was going west bound on broad street, probably at 55-60mph as most people do there (speeding duh)
and the red 350z was probably also speeding
i estimate that he lost control because it was wet and veered into oncoming traffic
that's just my theory
either way RIP to a guy that will really be missed

how can anyone sit here and say what happened unless they saw it? 55-60 mph and of course everyone assumes the sports car was speeding, i dont understand people.
I'm just inferring from what I saw in pictures/videos from the scene of the accident.
It was wet, I've driven there numerous times.
I'm not trying to play the blame game, just stating what I think might have happened.

It's a performance shop.
It was getting a turbo kit put on.
He was test driving it.
Who do you know that after installs a turbo kit drives it no more than 35mph to make sure everything is running right?
But hey, maybe he wasn't speeding and for some reason something wasn't working right and the car stalled out in traffic as he was trying to go across, or whatever he was attempting to do.
That sucks.
When I initially heard the available details i immediately assumed it was someone from rpm testing driving a customer's car and lost control in the rain, but looking at the pictures I'm confused as to how the vehicles ended up in the position they did, it looks like the truck may have come into his lane. Regardless of who was at fault burning to death in a car is no way for anyone to go.
