I had some fuel issues a couple weeks ago, for some reason the fuel wasn't reaching the rail. Checked all the fuses and they were fine ( with a multimeter ), couldn't find the problem so I decided to change the fuses and it started working.
i think hes got a wiring issue
the orings are fine, the fuel injector is staying open 100% of the time. there is a short to ground on the low side of the injector(where the ecu sends ground to fire the injector) so if its grounded through the chassis, the injector stays open.
