What did the two of you say, provide a summary of the dialogue with attention to details on the terms.

 

So WTF is the problem? If you can pay, why is this even a topic of discussion? Go get the car, pay them what you owe, and leave. If you can't do that for whatever reason, there is something really sketchy going on with either you or the shop. Why would you think you're entitled to get the car back without paying?

 

Nevermind, All i wanted was a answer on the Question that i asked, not bring the validity of the question and the truthfullness of me or the shop, I know the shop does good work thats why i brought it there, and i have told you the story of you would just read. If you think theres no leagal issue the say that if ther is then tell me. I dont know why the people on this damn forum have to be such asses and try to pick on anyone who asks a legitimate question.

 

If you own the car you can take it back at any time so long as you pay the bills. You should have gotten an approximate time when the car would be ready, I did with my swap, though it was a few days late.

 

Theres still a lot this guy is not telling us...

If you had the money, then you should not have respent the money because you ALREADY SPENT IT! You are just trying to find a legal way to weasel out of paying someone what you owe them. I hope when you go there the car is finished and he wants to know why you have not come and paid him yet.
