You waited a year to say something? You haven't needed the car for a YEAR but suddenly you need it now, but you know its still not running? And if you could "finish" it yourself, why drop it off with them in the first place? And don't say something like, "well, id rather just pay them to do it" because obviously you don't have the funds to do that, so that logic and reason is null and void.
That better be one HELL of a swap...And if its not, I swear to God, dont respond and tell me its a B-series in a Honda...Just keep that to yourself. Ignorance is bliss.

How many cars with motor swaps waiting to happen does he have sitting at his shop for over a year?
I'm pretty sure that will narrow it down for him enough to realize who you are. Revealing your swap isnt the "end all, be all" of clues.

yea i think it is, i guess your right about the clues. Its a turbo 4 swaped mustang. Iwent oner their and it wasnt outside but he said he moved it inside a while ago to finish it. Havnt been their since. If its been sold then im sure its a legal matter. But i really dout he would do that.

ok was the car registered in your name????
cause if not when and if he processed it the registered owners got the letters saying he was taking it and its probably gone and there is nothing legally you can do about it at all cause as far as the courts are concerned you didnt own the car...

be fucked up if ur car has been done, and never called u, and he thought he did, and has been storing it to get extra money.....shit id shoot the dude for that $25 + a day for storage..shiiiiiit
