Well seeing as you want something to hold it off untill you can take it somewhere it doesn't seem like changing a gasket is something you want to do.

If you really want it fixed this is your first step. Could be a simple oil pan gasket.

Get some engine cleaner.
Clean the oil soaked areas.
Add oil if you are low.
Inspect the leaks
Take picture if you are unsure of where its coming from.

Depends on where the leak is coming from, something like a rear main, or front main I think you would want to bring to a shop, but if it's the oil pan or something semi-simple like that it's just a matter of having the gasket and the proper sealant.

If you have over 100,000 miles, its probably the balance shaft seal, just happened to me.. you willl need to replace the seal and buy the retainer as well, to keep it from sliding out again. $10 worth of parts at the honda dealership or so..

another thing to check is the cam seal..

Also, I don't know if Accords have the water cooled sandwhich oil cooler, which goes in between the oil filter and the block, but the O-ring that goes between the oil cooler and the block is also notorious for leaking.. check for this, its obvious, it has coolant lines running to it and, well, goes in between the filter and the block, lol..

I doubt your front/rear main seals are leaking.. usually all of the above will go well before these will..

The only annoying one to replace really is the balance shaft seal, it requires you to take off the valve cover, crank pulley, belt cover, accessory belts, etc.. just to get to it, not much room to work with either..

atleast thats how it was on my car, and accords are very similar (you have an F22b1, SOHC VTEC I believe)..

Deal with the leak or find the leak and fix it.

Dont use the additives...they aren't good for the motor/oil system.
