If it only happens during start up,i wouldnt worry about it,but if it persists,then yes,seals need replaced. It might happen during start up because you need oil pressure to get a good seal. During start-up,there is little to no oil pressure and you might get a little blow by.

ive never ever ever had a lil smoke blow out.except when my engine was blown. Thats not cool. Could be turbo seals yeah, And yah replace them asap, Pointless to leave seals on there that are already broken. just gonna get worse aand worse, before ya know it,so much oil leaking into exhuast u cant see shit behind you its so much smoke or shit catch on fire...lol. there is a guy on EBAY, yes EBAY who sells quality turbo parts..hes very fast, and has good REP.
