We also have a 3/36k wear item warranty. However, these are 1 time adjustments only.

I have had customers who had new brakes in addition also resurfaced rotors, balanced tires and alignments under warranty. Clutches are a wear item and as long as you don't burn it up and you have an issue, it can be warrantied.

This doesn't mean that any Subaru dealer will warranty it for the heck of it. There has to be a complaint about the vehicle first.

so let's see who sells you a sports car that the company isn't worried about breaking

any proof on that? i've heard it go both ways honestly, but it's all been internet talk. I know subaru will give you membership but was told that if you were caught racing it that you would lose your warranty. When asking about the mitsu watching for autox results and stuff i was told that it was paranoia

I know 3 evo owners that have had their warranties voided because of auto-xing...
never heard of a subie being voided bcause of racing...only because of non spt upgraded parts or severe abuse...but there are ways around that.

thats true. Subaru does give you a 1 year membership but clearly express that engaging in a sponsored competition is grounds to void your warranty.
