You have the right, by Virginia State Law, to take it anywhere you desire. Don't be pressured into taking it somewhere they suggest just because "they work with them." If you have it repaired, your deductible is going to be the same regardless of how much it costs to repair, assuming it's repairable.

I know that, the lady I talked to even said so, but I really don't know any good shops off hand. So if anyone knows someone please chime in, especially if Coxtons is shady (I have no idea, I've only heard of the name, not reputation). Called Allstate, they'll be sending out an adjuster sometime between tomorrow and Friday.

Car looks totaled to me... you can ask them to factor the a/m mods into the veh valuation the use, or you can remove all a/m equipment and have them value it as a stock vehicle assuming you can give them stock parts back. You can buy the car back as totaled and part it out yourself then sell the remains to a salvage yard.
