I make decent money... I am a professional web developer for a fairly large company. Plans are not in the near future, I plan to enjoy the car without having to worry about it too much until I get some more miles on it while saving money for the work. I wouldn't have the RSX as my daily driver at that point anymore either. I did say 250-300... 250 being what I will accept, 300 is what I want. 250 is not all that out of the question right now, and with the developments on the k24, 300 is not out of the question either. I am expecting to spend over 10k to get there.... and that is probably 3-5 years down the road, have to wait and see how life treats me.

um...well, rsx costs what, $25k? + $10k...35 thousand dollars...you could buy 10 dsms and each have them make 250 - 300 hp for that much money...

And you would still drive a old early 90's fall apart beater. Better yet you would have 10 old early 90's fall apart beater laying around in your front lawn like a junk yard. And he would drive a Brand New Acura. The thing is...he doesn't care and im sure you don't either which way the arguement goes. Personally...id rather spend that much money on 1 good car, than 10 shitty ones.

Is that like saying why buy dinner at a nice place when you could go to Mcdonalds 10 times? Some things are just more satisfying, I am not looking to run boost, so having 10 dsms would not satisfy my wants, so that would be wasted money in my opinion. dsms are awesome cars and yours running an 11.9 is dope, just not what I am looking for. I want to run road courses if I ever get everything lined up the way I want, so having a N/A powerband is what will suit that.

Its also, rwd, better brakes, targa top, much higher power potential, extremely rugged aka will break even less often than the RSX, etc.

Do what you want, if you feel its played out thats fine personally it doesnt bother me in the least.
