HYBRID GARAGE (call out thread)
I Was suppose to get Labor money back from Hybrid Garage for a job that they never did, and that I paid for. ( $483) I was also suppose to get two parts back that I paid for and were never installed; A set of Inline Pro Springs/retainers ( $360.00) and Brian Crower Stage 2 cams ( $400.00) I was told the item along with a personal check was mailed out almost a month ago. John Savage the owner of Hybrid Garage is always hard to get a hold of, and Ive been promised my check and items a couple times, but have yet to see anything or a tracking number. making the total amount of loss with tax $1,363.75...
Result: Everything was refunded besides a set of inline pro valve spring and retainers ($300) .. Was promised that they would contact Inline Pro and have me pick them up, When I contacted Inline Pro I was told Hybrid Garage hasn't ordered anything from them in ages..
I would call at least once a week if not more to remind them.. would always get rude responses by the guy running the desk... as if I owned him money.. and before anything was refunded at all I would get rude emails:
"Dude, I'm working on about 20 some cars I'm not up stairs all day with a phone up my ass. There is no reason for me to stop what I'm doing to return your phone call!"
Whatever happened to quality shops with decent customer service? I have been talking to a lawyer to setup a small claims case... shops like Hybrid Garage need to get called out, for the simple fact of more scams like this being prevent...and I hope that anyone who plans to bring them business will look elsewhere..
This Thread will stay up until I see my money or product I paid for ages ago..

I had some problems with them also. Terrible customer service over the phone and i surely wasnt impressed with their work on my car either. Needless to say i will never bring my car back.
I cant speak for their tuning, all i can say is after i got my car back my tune was fucked. I dont know why they ever even looked at my tune when the work they were doing didnt involve it. But either way, very shady and i had to have my car retuned again by my original tuner who John "wasnt very big on or impressed with".
I guess if being shady is a flaw you can look past then Amen to you
inlinepro.com .. a bit on the pricey side but really good customer service and grade A work

I had a poor experience with them as well but never posted it since i figured I'd get flamed because there's alot of hybrid dick riders on here.
anyhow i had them make me chargepipes about a year ago. Price was decent n i heard ok things about them.
Turnaround time was decent as well. go down there to drive the car home, check the pipes out and they look good. pay n get on my way. start to build boost and pop, one blows off first time. since its a maf car n i didn't bring tools nor do i see a reason to work on it they came and redid the clamps n couplers. hit boost a few times to maybe 15lbs n it holds. get on highway. pop. blow off. pull over n go home to get tools. they blew off at nearly every joint on the drive home. called them up the next day n they said bring it back down n they would fix em.
I take it down n they are lookin at it, didn't put a bead roll on a single pipe when as specifically asked for it. told me that "our racecar that makes 800hp doesn't have the pipes bead rolled n hold fine." well i guess you made my pipes half assed. they bead roll them all which is good but in turn slightly shortened the overall length of them. so in reality it didn't help one bit. the pipes were beat too from the few times they did blow off n had dents in the centers n all around. it was blamed on my motor mounts. please show me a lil 4 cyl that rocks 6+ inches which is what would be required to dent them like that.
pipes after that were still shitty n blew off all the time. They didn't seem to give half a shit about it so i stopped dealing with them. Their fab skills on the pipes were awful and used the couplers to hide the huge gaps which made it nearly impossible to hold them on. i was using t-bolts too n still didn't help. i don't recomend anyone to go to that shop who i personally know.
to add to that, they "lost" my friends kpro and after a few months still haven't replaced it.
they get a big
from me.
