HAHAHAH U KNOW MEE WAY TOO WELL!!!!

 

First and foremost there customer service is nonexistent and there staff is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I remember the first time I went there, the staff was killing a bottle of Hennessey and they where playing Madden. After I waited for them to finish there game of Madden we talked business.
They were supposed to do my driver side axle and clutch. When I go to pick up my car they lost my keys and I had to wait for there boy to come back from down south with them WTF. As soon as I pull off there lot I noticed problems, turns out they fucked up the axle some how so I gotta bring the car back. So I figure while the car is there ill get my 02 censer extended. When I get there to drop the car off AGAIN, there playing fucking video games. He tells me the job will take less than an hour. I wait around for an hour and dude is still playing video games telling me he has to wait for a bay to come open. So an hour pass and I got to go to work in woodbridge so I had to leave I ended up waiting close to 2 days for this shit. Then on top of that they charge me over 200 dollars for a 20 min job.
Then after about 1-2 months with the new clutch the shit fucks up. I didn't rag on the car at all I was still breaking it in. So I call Hybrid and I told them I wanted to bring it by. Then John totally bullshits me, he puts on some dr type stethoscope and puts it to the diff and clams my diff is busted but I knew better. So he wanted to change me for all this shit so I said fuck it. I took my car to Dan Driskill in Richmond (a real professional, great customer service). Turns out one of the bolts that connects to the presser plate to the fly wheel flew off cuz it wasn't torqued right.

CLIFFS
-Hybrid does my axle and fucks it up
-Hybrid does my clutch and fucks it up
-Hybrid over charged me
-Hybrid drinks on the job
-STAY AWAY!!!

and with that i would have walked right back out of the door, i know when i drink just a little bit i start fucking stuff up lol killing a whole bottle!!? then working on a car??? no.

and just to explain, im not saying they do bad work just that they are lacking good business manors, you dont drink on the job right in front of the customer, you do it on your lunch break....

 

Jon, if you would like to help me out so much, Here is your chance....A couple of days ago and last night my car does the same exact thing it did before Jon/Hybrid Garage Fixed the problem. It just wouldnt start and out of nowhere after checking under the hood and checking wires it just starts .... HHHmmmmm well since it did this once already and I had Hybrid Fix it, Why is it doing it agaian?????? So JON if you are trying to help us/me out. Is My work covered under warranty? Can you take another look at my car, and fix it again? Or Maybe its a different problem i dunno But its doing the same exact thing it did before. If you would not like to work on my car can you tell me where exactly the wires are that were crossed/missing like last time, and i will check myself or get another shop to look at it???????????????????

Good luck with all that relay but I’m defiantly not trying to help after you and your little friends had ya'll little field day. Call it bad customer service if you want but I'll look at it as preventing a head ace, LOL. I dont want nore do I need customers like you.

And you should like customers like me, the ones who pay a shitty shop after doing crappy work is always a good customer, Now if i refused to pay now then i could understand how you wouldnt like me. I thought bringing my car to your shop would not be a headache but look what i got lol. Now see i tried to be the bigger man and give you a second chance (actually its the 3rd). So much for you trying to help me out so much when all i asked was (1) if you fucked with my tune (2)And since you said NO you didnt, I drove all the way out there to have you hook it up your laptop to it and test drive to see if indeed Vtec was kicking in which you later confirmed was (which if you told me you erased my original tune why would you even go through this?????? Why wouldn't you right there on the spot say " I had to download a basemap tune, Thats why it feels like that" Would you like to know why? Because you never told me in the first place lol, You lied, (BUT STILL NEVER MENTIONED YOU ERASED MY TUNE AND PUT IN A BASE MAP LOL) (3) Just switch my tires. Was that so much to ask? Did I ask you to do all the other things that were not done correctly? NO Sir. Thanks again for proving you have shitty customer service and dont even warranty your work. So the story you wrote basically proves you lied. Hope your buisness does great, Ill take my car to Inline Pro where i know professionals work and wont lie to me. BYE

 

All I have gotten from this thread,is people like to half ass their car,take it to a shop, and blame everything on them.

People also are trying to mod something they clearly can not afford,I personally would NEVER let someone take payments without holding some collateral.


Out of all the good things that come out of this shop everyone wants to get on the dick riding train NOW to admit they were scammed. How ironic.
