obviously all shops have their ups and downs, the times i did business with hybrid, i was extremely satisified at their work as well as their tuning. I also have several other clients who have had work done by them with great results. If our clients are too far from our shop (located in the baltimore area), i usually recommend to them hybrid. I hope your situation gets resolved smoothly.
