To add to that, they "lost" my friends kpro and after a few months still haven't replaced it.
They get a big no from me.

+2 on that. John told me personally he would replace it for him. That was months ago

Overall you get what you pay for, if you want it done right the first time I would say Inline Pro. Although thats the only shop in the NOVA area i think I havnt tried yet but keep hearing great things about.

I wouldn't mind being in cust.service for them

Sucks about your situation, sure there is two sides to every story. Much like the Parts House thread.

anyhow i had them make me chargepipes about a year ago. Price was decent n i heard ok things about them.
Turnaround time was decent as well. go down there to drive the car home, check the pipes out and they look good. pay n get on my way. start to build boost and pop, one blows off first time. since its a maf car n i didn't bring tools nor do i see a reason to work on it they came and redid the clamps n couplers. hit boost a few times to maybe 15lbs n it holds. get on highway. pop. blow off. pull over n go home to get tools. they blew off at nearly every joint on the drive home. called them up the next day n they said bring it back down n they would fix em.
I take it down n they are lookin at it, didn't put a bead roll on a single pipe when as specifically asked for it. told me that "our racecar that makes 800hp doesn't have the pipes bead rolled n hold fine." well i guess you made my pipes half assed. they bead roll them all which is good but in turn slightly shortened the overall length of them. so in reality it didn't help one bit. the pipes were beat too from the few times they did blow off n had dents in the centers n all around. it was blamed on my motor mounts. please show me a lil 4 cyl that rocks 6+ inches which is what would be required to dent them like that.
pipes after that were still shitty n blew off all the time. They didn't seem to give half a shit about it so i stopped dealing with them. Their fab skills on the pipes were awful and used the couplers to hide the huge gaps which made it nearly impossible to hold them on. i was using t-bolts too n still didn't help. i don't recomend anyone to go to that shop who i personally know.
to add to that, they "lost" my friends kpro and after a few months still haven't replaced it.
they get a big from me.
lame... how do you lose someones kpro? one word.. SHADY

ive had two friends with horror stories from hybrid

1. A friend of mine ordered Brian crower stage 3 cams from them, and was told it would take them 2 weeks to do everything and that 2 weeks turned into mounts, after threating to report them to the Better business Bureau they finally gave him what he paid for.. he like many other people will no longer go back

2. Another Friend of mine from Virginia Beach: Hybrid Garage sold him some bearings for a b16.. he drove all the way up from the Virginia Beach area. When he got home he noticed that they were not b16 bearings, in fact they weren't even honda bearings, they were ment for a Toyota.. again SHADY is the only thing I can say

For a shop that if something goes wrong with your car and they dont want to fix THEIR mistake. I would never let them touch anything i own sorry. I shouldnt have to call 3 times a day and never get a call back because they are busy. So i drive an hour out of my way to talk in person and hhmmm, 2 people are working on a car and the one person i need to talk to plus 3 others are watching cheech and chong lol. But guess what at least he fixed one thing on my car that day out of about 6 things they did wrong

yea answering phones is something they have yet to learn, so is returning calls or pm'ing back on here. I dealt with Mike. not too sure he works there anymore. He deff wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, perhaps the biggest though.

i leave all the work n tuning on my car now up to ISP in MD.
