I use to be on good terms with john/hybrid for working on my motor until i towed my car home and found out i was missing an ecu. I've been patient with them but its been months since ive heard from them and they always have some excuse on why I havent gotten my kpro yet. Everytime I call and ask for john hes NEVER around to talk to but instead i get the new guy. I bought a brand new kpro ecu from rich(6spdeg) so he can vouch for me. John claims that I still have the ecu or got one of my friends to steal it so I can get another one....

To start this off I just heard about this shit and I would have to say I shouldnt even reply to the three fucking retards that do have complants.

First fucking asshole ( hot box )

We started over a year ago tring to help him with his car he wanted to biuld his head up to go with his bottom end but didnt have the money so we let him make payment over six to seven mouths he wanted us to save the money for him as he brought it so we could save it up for him . Then when he was just about paid in full he wanted to add a manifold to it aswhile so we ordered the manifold that took some time to come in then he came in and asked to switch the hole thing up and wanted to take the money and the parts that he has gotten and use that money towords a k- swap ( LOL ) so we intertained him and he said he wanted to do more with the show stuff so we looked into getting him some help with some companies that way he would not be out of pocket for the hole build on his own , so at that time he asked us to cancel the order on the manifold and we did so. then about a week later ( keep in mind this is about 5 mouths in this hole thing of tring to help this kid out. ) he says never mind about the k swap and to reorder the manifold . about a week later he finaly is paid in full ready to do the job. But it had to be done on a saturday or he couldn't do it well after us helping him save his money like were mommy and daddy or something he expacts to get his car done right then and didn't want to wait , I explained to him that at that time we was very busy and when we got done with the stuff that was already in the shop then we would get him in here. Well we set a date and I had something happen with my kids that I had to deal with and if any body here has kids they will understand when I say they are more important then some fucking car I had my service writer call him and let him know we would do it the fallowing weekend then about the middle way through that week he called and said he had to sell the car and just wanted his money back or the parts and the labor money . So at this time I have been tring to help this kid for this long and just what i thought was going to happen did I was a little pissed off so I made him pay a restocking fee on the manifold I ordered twice and told him I would mail him the cams and valve train , we sent him a check for the labor and the cams and my service writer forgot to put the valvetrain in the box. He called and got shitty with us about that and I told him we will mail them to U or just pay inline for a set and you can pick them up there . Then that day I got a call from the better business bureau about the hole thing so after I laughed them off the phone I was really pissed so I went back over some stuff and added up all the money I lost with all the credit card tranactions we did for him over this hole thing and realy got pissed so to be honest with everybody here that like being in peoples business I say u know what fuck him he can sue me for 175 bucks make him spend some money to get it yeha its wrong but I hate when you try to help people beyond what we should and this is the shit you get.

Now on to the other fucking retard slow sol

He brought a mutalated k swaped car to the shop and said it just stopped running and they could not figure out why. So after looking at the car they had some wires crossed up between the fuel pump and ignition on the mian relay side I thought to my self that this car has never ran before but anything could happen I fixed the wiring job that was done under the dash then I hooked my laptop to see what all the sensors were doing and just check on everything but the cumputer would not pull anything down and the car would still not start so I erased the history on the computer and stuck a base map in the car and it started right up. took it down the street and made sure a/f was good and called the customer to pick it up. told him what I had to do to get the car started and told him to get it retuned . He called about a week or so later and said his Vtec has not worked since he got the car back ( lol ) ok bring it back and let us check it out. so we did and the car was fine but the tune had not been touched . So I told this jack ass again to get his car tuned it was on a base map and it needed to be tuned. and now he gets on here and post some shit like this so the guy that said theres two sides to every story there is.

Now to jack ass number three ITR what ever the fuck with the ecu bull shit ( peter ) This one is really good.

Im not going to go into this whole thing this forum dont have enough memory for this one. but to make a long story short this kid buys a swap from somebody that TELLS him the motor has a bent valve puts it in the car anyways well him and slow sol over here tried to. anyway brings it to the shop for me to finish the swap and replace the valve that is bent well I pull the head and find that the motor did bend a valve but broke it in the process and fucked the head and the piston and cyclinder walls So this went on forever because he wanted to do this then change it t that whats cheapper bla bla bla then he is going to get another motor and have us take two swaps and make one then he is going to sell the left over ok then he wants to send the car to his buddies dads paint shop to have the car painted so we keep the motor at the shop and put everything else in the car like the customer asked. then about 2 to 3 mounths go bye he finaly brings a motor that is in pieces and we try to piece it togeather one piece at a time there was all types of shit missing then about 2 mounths go bye and after us moving and getting setup in the new shop I finaly get his motor put togeather and he comes and pics it up . then about two weeks after that he calls and said he cant find his Kpro is it still here some were I told him I personally put it in the car when he took it out of the shop for paint with all the mounts and wiring harness and shit . But I would check anyways. well he insisted that we still had it I insured him that it was put in the car like asked to.
long story short I finaly said I would see what I could do to help him but help wasnt good enough we needed to buy him a kpro LO fucking L . Im not a fucking retard either somebody stoll it when it was just sitting in the paint shop for month or his ass sold it tring to hussle me not going to happen.

But all above is the other side of the stories, sorry for the bad words but this type of shit is fucking rediculess. If somebody wants to complain about something that they know what there talking about then go right ahead and we can take care of it matter of fact call the shop and if it is something that we did do wrong we will take care of it for you I promise I take care of all my customers aswhile as I can. Matter of fact just to show the ratio of complants to jobs well done Im going to get all my customers that are happy to post on this thread. and put this bull shit to rest
So Vadriven better get another servier ther going to need it.
