I've done a Chin event in December... great event, tons of seat time. It's a new experience to think "hey, I'm getting tired, I'm gonna go in, grab a drink and then go back out... whenever I feel like it" I did 3.5 hours of tracktime in one day with them. That said, it's ridiculously cold then and that really beats you up at a track day much more than you'd think. Windows down, 20 degrees, 120mph redefines the term "cold".
Jon, how much tracktime is available for the friday session? Is it an open session for all drivers, or do they separate racer practice from HPDE 3ers?
