For someone not familiar with the area....coming from newport news, where would this be located?

 

Go west on 64, take exit 220 onto Rte 33 toward West Point, take your first right onto Stage Road (Rte 632, just past the gas station by the highway.) The proposed track entrance is not quite 2 miles up, on the right. (If you get to the power lines or the intersection with the road in from the left, you went too far.) Here's what that proposed main entrance looked like a couple of weeks ago:

well, you can see recent tire tracks at least

 

if the development was just recently approved (within the last year), construction may not begin for several years. all the plans still have to be approved by new kent's consulting engineer.

 

They need a road course on the west side of VA now....It would be sweet as fuck if Shelor would build one on his land or something like that.
