it happens dude........like sk8ter mike said,heatsoak, its just like at the racetrack, go race your car once when its cold, then let it run for 10 minutes and then do it again, your car will feel way slower and it will probably be slower time wise, the motor is hot and its producing lots of heat which slow it down, especially on turbo cars thats have ineficient cooling systems.......
