i spanked a couple b16 coupes also but i think it was more driver error than anything... but i could be wrong my ef had a b18 with a j1 tranny (jdm xsi), i/h/e, stage 2 6 puck clutch, b&m short shifter, ctr pulley...etc, but i threw a rod and needless to say that motor is no more.

 

if you can spend the money... i would recommend spending the $780 or so and gettin the whole kit that comes wit the mounts, cable to hydro conversion, alternator adapter plate and tensioner and traction bar. i know the stock cross member doesn't fit in an ef.... i believe its the same with the da

 

yeah i might by the whole kit but im just going to start by getting the main parts

 

h series dont handle boost very well from what i have seen. on buddy of mine as a h on boost fully built and has had nothing but problems. other friend has a gsr on boost and no problems to date. had it for yrs and beats the shit out of it

 

i want an gsr but i can get an h22a motor an tranny for $950 thanks for the info
