a 245/45 should be easy on a 10. what brand tire is it? some tires are just bitches to stretch. federals and falkens are the easiest i've come across to do. you can use a 16" inner tube for a bike tire to help seat the bead. pull it out when the bead is beginning to set.

You dont need a cheata to do this. You just need someone that has done a few of them before. A 245 shouldnt need anything to mount them. If you are having problems you can bring it by my me. I done a few.

What I do:

1. set lower bead
2. take off shader valve and attach constant very low psi air.
3. get starter fluid on the upper bead. Make sure its all around
4. spray a little more starting fuild in the rim.
5. Use a long lighter.

AND BOOM. The tire should seat on rim.

PS> DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK>>>>>IM NOT LIABLE IF YOU BLOW YOURSELF UPOR DAMAGE ANY PROPERTY>>>
