It's J1979, so it's possible the Pocketlogger software is junk and it's looking at some garbage OBD2 parameter, or calculating something wrong. It happens.

i mean my stock ECU is the biggest piece of shit made.

so it wouldnt surprise me if my ecu is throwing so stupid ass shit making that logger say that.
