Default timing help

hey guys- so I'm changing the cam seals in my prelude and might go ahead and do the timing belt while I'm at it, but out of nowhere my parents decided I need somebody there with me to make sure I don't screw up the timing when i put it back together. Is there anybody who would like to help out a friend in need (lol) and come by for a few hours? I'll pay you or buy you tools or whatever you gearheads want as payment haha. I live by Monacan High School.
thanks!
-Lars
