starting problems

Default starting problems

just swapped a boosted b20 into my gsr. when i go to start it all the lights turn on but the fuel pump dose not prime and if you try to start it nothing happens. just unsure of what to check first any help would be great

From personal experience with issues of the same , I would check all your grounds the biggest one being the one running from frame to the trans and also check the wiring harness ground that is suppose to connect to the thermostat housing

Get in the car and shut the door. Turn the key to the IGN on position and listen for 2 clicks under the dash. Thats your main relay, and it is common for those to go bad and obv effect power to everything else. Check that first. Your problem wouldn't have anything to do with the engine side harness, all that is on the firewall harness and is grounded inside the car.

The harness ground supplies the ecu internal ground injector groung aswell as controls fuel I forgot to hook up the harness ground before and car will not start. Annd yes the issue with the main relay is related to 88-91 crx or ef and 90-93 da integras not normally any of the newer cars. I've worked on hondas for 11 yrs.
